Sản phẩm không an toàn là các mặt hàng gây rủi ro an toàn cho người tiêu dùng, có thể được xác định qua phản hồi khách hàng, đơn đổi trả, khiếu nại. Khi xảy ra thu hồi hoặc phát hiện sản phẩm không an toàn, TikTok Shop có thể thông báo cho người bán dừng bán, gỡ listing sản phẩm không cần thông báo trước, thông báo khách hàng ngừng sử dụng hoặc trả lại sản phẩm, hủy hoặc Hoàn tiền đơn hàng đang chờ xử lý/đã hoàn thành (có thể do người bán chịu chi phí), yêu cầu hoàn tiền đầy đủ ngay cả sau thời gian hậu mãi.

Người bán có nghĩa vụ: Dừng ngay lập tức mọi hoạt động bán các sản phẩm bị thu hồi hoặc không an toàn; Thực hiện các bước cần thiết để khắc phục vấn đề tuân thủ pháp luật và quy định hiện hành. Người bán có thể khiếu nại quyết định xử lý bằng cách cung cấp bằng chứng như thông báo thu hồi bị hủy bỏ từ cơ quan quản lý, chứng nhận tuân thủ hoặc tài liệu an toàn liên quan qua Seller Center. Để cập nhật thông tin, người bán nên theo dõi các kênh: Cục Chống gian lận Thị trường Việt Nam, Bộ Công Thương Việt Nam, iDEA, ABEI, Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông.

Kết quả

A product recall is an action taken to remove a product from the market due to safety concerns, regulatory violations, or defects that may pose risks to consumers. Recalls may be initiated by regulatory agencies, manufacturers, or sellers to protect the public from harm. If TikTok Shop deems that a product may be an unsafe product, it may de-list the product from the platform and prevent further sale of the product. This may be done even if a product recall has not been issued by the relevant regulators or manufacturers. ⚠️ You may not sell products that have been recalled, or products identified by the platform to be unsafe. The platform considers these products prohibited products.What are my obligations when a product is recalled? When a product is recalled, you are responsible for: Immediately halting any sales of such items Taking the necessary steps to rectify any issues in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may lead to enforcement actions against you.The following websites are some channels that may provide additional information on current and past recalls, including regulator-warned products. You may receive information via other channels. What happens when product recalls are initiated, or unsafe products are identified?
