Dịch vụ (Services - Unsupported): Bất kỳ loại dịch vụ nào, quảng bá việc làm, dịch vụ du lịch, xây dựng, chăm sóc cỏ, điện, ống nước, vệ sinh, dịch vụ ô tô, tái chế, hướng dẫn thể hình, dịch vụ tài chính, dịch vụ thú y, vé show.

Thực phẩm không an toàn (Unsafe Food Products - Prohibited): Thực phẩm có tuyên bố y tế; thực phẩm điều trị, chữa bệnh, ngăn ngừa bệnh; thực phẩm can thiệp chức năng sinh lý; thực phẩm chứa chất cấm hoặc vượt ngưỡng cho phép; thực phẩm bị làm giả; sản phẩm sữa không tiệt trùng; nấm hoang dã không nhãn mác.

Hàng tiêu dùng không nhãn mác và đóng gói lại (Unlabelled and Repacked Consumer Goods - Prohibited): Sản phẩm không có nhãn xác định (ví dụ: gói bột không ghi “Baby Powder”); hàng tiêu dùng đóng gói lại (thuốc, bổ sung, thực phẩm/đồ uống, mỹ phẩm/chăm sóc cá nhân).

Sản phẩm ảo (Virtual Products - Unsupported): Thành viên, dịch vụ, bảo hành, đăng ký; tải kỹ thuật số sách, tạp chí, báo, nhạc, video; thẻ nạp tiền; sản phẩm trong game (vũ khí, skin), tiền tệ game; mã code/thẻ vật lý truy cập tín dụng ảo; nạp game, tài khoản game, hỗ trợ game.

Sản phẩm quản lý cân nặng (Weight Management Products - Unsupported): Thuốc giảm cân, bột đồ uống giảm cân, kẹo dẻo, thạch; tiền chất anabolic, prohormones. LƯU Ý: Sản phẩm có tuyên bố “tăng cân” vẫn được bán nếu thuộc danh mục Sữa Công Thức Tăng Trưởng, Sữa Công Thức Trẻ Em, Vitamin & Bổ Sung Trẻ Em. TikTok Shop có quyền yêu cầu người bán cung cấp tài liệu pháp lý về phân loại danh mục.

Sản phẩm khác (Other Products - Unsupported): Sản phẩm lỗi; ắc quy/ăc quy thứ cấp (ắc quy axit chì, ắc quy ô tô); bộ dụng cụ xăm hình vĩnh viễn; thuốc trừ sâu, thuốc diệt cỏ, thuốc diệt nấm; vé số, vé cào; dụng cụ, thiết bị, sản phẩm săn bắn; khí dễ cháy (bình chữa cháy, gas butane, bật lửa, gas bơm bật lửa, gas hóa lỏng); sản phẩm cần hợp đồng phức tạp, kiểm tra pháp lý (nhà ở, đất đai, nhượng quyền thương mại); Quảng cáo và dịch vụ (danh sách sản phẩm quảng cáo dịch vụ thay vì bán sản phẩm vật lý).

Hành động

Người bán cần kiểm tra danh sách sản phẩm bị cấm và không được hỗ trợ trước khi niêm yết. Nếu vi phạm, sẽ có hành động thực thi chống lại tài khoản. Vi phạm lặp lại sẽ dẫn đến hình phạt nghiêm trọng hơn. Người bán có thể xem “Vi phạm Reasons, Points & Enforcement Actions for Sellers” và “Seller Terms of Service” để biết thêm chi tiết. Nếu cho rằng hành động thực thi sai, có thể kháng cáo qua Seller Center, tham khảo “Seller Appeal Guidelines”. Đối với dao nhà bếp/dao dùng trong gia đình, chỉ niêm yết khi có nhãn mác và Thương hiệu hiển thị rõ trên sản phẩm. Đối với sản phẩm tăng cân, đảm bảo thuộc danh mục Sữa Công Thức Tăng Trưởng, Sữa Công Thức Trẻ Em, Vitamin & Bổ Sung Trẻ Em và sẵn sàng cung cấp tài liệu pháp lý khi TikTok Shop yêu cầu.
