TikTok Shop cung cấp hai thư viện nhạc: Commercial Music Library (CML) - Thư viện nhạc thương mại và General Music Library (GML) - Thư viện nhạc thông thường. Tài khoản TikTok Shop chính thức phải sử dụng CML cho tất cả video. Tài khoản marketing TikTok Shop và Creator thường chỉ bắt buộc dùng CML khi đăng video có liên kết sản phẩm; khi đăng video không có liên kết sản phẩm có thể chọn GML hoặc CML. Nếu chọn nhạc từ GML thì KHÔNG THỂ thêm liên kết sản phẩm vào video đó. Cách truy cập CML: Nút ’+’ → Chỉnh sửa video → Thêm âm thanh → Chọn ‘CML’ → Chọn bài hát. TikTok cũng cung cấp tính năng ‘Video Sound Copyright Check’ để tự động kiểm tra bản quyền nhạc khi đăng video có liên kết sản phẩm. Kết quả kiểm tra có 3 tùy chọn: (1) Vẫn đăng video nhưng video sẽ bị tắt tiếng, (2) Nhấn ‘Change sound’ để chọn nhanh bài hát từ CML thay thế, (3) Chỉnh sửa lại video và nhạc theo thông báo rồi đăng lại. Nhấn ‘Copyright claim details’ để xem thời điểm trong video có vấn đề và bài hát nào liên quan.

Bước 1: Bật công tắc ‘Video Sound Copyright Check’ tại Profile → Creator tools → Video sound copyright check. Bước 2: Khi đăng video có liên kết sản phẩm, hệ thống sẽ tự động kiểm tra bản quyền. Nếu phát hiện vấn đề, chọn một trong 3 tùy chọn: đăng video tắt tiếng, đổi sang nhạc CML, hoặc chỉnh sửa lại. Để tránh rủi ro, luôn chọn nhạc từ CML khi đăng video e-commerce có sản phẩm. Nếu vô tình chọn nhạc GML và cần thêm sản phẩm, phải quay lại CML để chọn bài hát khác.
